“Survivor” was inspired by the strength we discover within ourselves through life’s toughest moments. While painting, I reflected on the battles I’ve faced -the pain, the doubt, the moments that felt insurmountable. But I also thought about what came after: survival, resilience, and the wisdom that only hardship can teach.
This piece is a tribute to those scars, the ones we carry as reminders of our strength. Each wound becomes a trophy, a mark of what we’ve overcome.
‘Survivor’ is about honoring that journey, embracing the struggles, and recognizing them as gifts that shape who we are.
