We proudly ship worldwide.
Most original artworks and all fine art prints are shipped from our studio in Athens, Greece. Some original pieces may also be shipped from locations like Austin, TX, or from galleries where they are currently displayed.
🚚 Carriers & Methods
- Greece: ELTA, UPS
- Europe, USA, and International: FedEx, DHL, UPS
- Shipping is standard and tracked by default.
- If you need express shipping (under 5 business days), just email us, and we’ll arrange it for you.
💰 Shipping Fees
- Shipping to Greece (original artworks & prints):
Free shipping. For inaccessible or remote areas, please get in touch with us before placing an order. - Shipping to the USA (prints only):
Flat shipping fee of €10. - Shipping to the USA (original artworks):

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and carrier. You’ll find out more after you communicate directly with us.
📦 Packaging
All orders are packed with extra care and layers of protection using:
- Hard paper rolls or flat packaging (in some cases wooden crate)
- Plastic wrap
- Extra layers and padding
Your artwork will arrive securely and beautifully.
⏱️ Delivery Timeframe
- Handling time for originals: 2-3 business days
- Production time for prints: 2-3 business days
- Delivery estimates:
- Greece: 3-8 business days
- USA: 3–15 business days (typically under 8)
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- Rest of World: Varies by carrier
Important: During holidays like Christmas, shipping may take longer. Please place orders a few weeks in advance if timing is critical.
🌎 Customs & Duties
- For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
- We do not declare artwork at full value on customs forms unless required.
- We do not ship to countries currently at war or with unstable postal systems.
📩 Tracking & Communication
- You will receive an email with order confirmation and tracking number once your piece is shipped.
- In the USA, delivery is usually unsigned unless otherwise requested.
- In Greece, you can request signed delivery (συστημένο) if preferred.
🎁 Special Requests
Gift wrapping, framing, and special packaging are available upon request. Just reach out before placing your order, and we’ll provide beautiful options tailored to your needs.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your order is lost before reaching your door, we’ll resend it at no charge.
- If the package is marked as delivered and is stolen after arrival, unfortunately we cannot replace it. Please ensure someone is available to receive it if needed.
- In all cases, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We will guide you through the necessary steps to investigate and rectify the situation effectively.
