The motivation to paint the “Healing Reflections” was born during a quiet moment by the sea water. I remember standing there, watching the sunlight dance on the surface. My mind became empty of any worries. I was trying for some time to let go of what was weighing me down, but it happened instantly with the help of nature.

As I worked on this painting, I realized healing isn’t a destination. It’s a journey within, a process of uncovering and understanding ourselves. The water became a metaphor for release, allowing peace to flow through me. This painting became my mirror, capturing the beauty of self-reflection and calmness when we embrace the rhythm of healing, one gentle moment at a time.
