There was a time in my life when I wasn’t feeling strong at all. My body had been through a lot, so many challenges, but I kept showing up, fighting for life… trying to find my balance again. I remember my walks at the shore, and always looking at this white rock by the sea, nothing special, just there. And somehow, I kept going back to it. It felt steady in a way I needed. Slowly, I realized I wasn’t really looking at the rock. I was looking for that feeling inside me. An inner voice telling me “stay strong.” And maybe… that feeling was always there.
